E-300 Outer Repair

Problem: Connector part is snapped from melting.

This picture is taken from back side.

Process 1: Measure numbers with drawing
Process 2: Length of snapped part is 16.5 mm
Process 3: Working with required material's length and snapped part
Process 4: Welding

Detail process of repair

1. Compare with repair part with drawing
2. Cutting on welding part
3. Required material drawing work and supply material
4. Welding with compare drawing
5. Check for standard after welding
6. Surface and flatness work
7. Quality check and release
8. Price of E-300-outer repair could depend on how large the repair area will be.

Process time: supply material 6 weeks + welding and surface treatment 1 week

Total: 7~8 weeks

Repair processing:

3. Required material drawing work and supply material
4. Re-welding process 
5. Compare for standard
6. Surface and flatness work
7. Quality check and release

Process time:

- Supply materials 6 weeks
- Welding and surface treatment 1 week

Total: 7~8 weeks

Detail process of repair

1. Cutting and welding on trouble part only
pros: less repair material causing lower price
cons: many welding points. 

2. Cutting and re-welding from existing welding point of heater
pros: keeping same number of the existing welding points
cons: cutting and welding form welding point causing  large area of welding and causes higher price
We recommend cutting on welding points and re-welding for k-465-i-outer.
